Reflectly is an app geared toward helping you process your mood and feelings through the act of journaling. As you journal, the app’s smart tech will prompt you to explore your feelings, which can help you get to the root of feelings of anxiety. The app provides a mood tracker, daily quotes for inspiration, and aims to help you create a cycle of positivity in all aspects of your life.

#3. Sleep App: Rain Rain

Sleep is a crucial part of your mental and physical health. Rain Rain is one app that works to help you improve both aspects of your health through better sleep. #4. Anxiety Relief App: SAM

SAM (Self-help App for the Mind) was created in partnership with the University of the West of England, so it has both academic and clinical roots built into the app. SAM is designed with self-help techniques in mind, including a symptom tracker and tools for recording/monitoring changes in your mood. The app also offers a secure social cloud feature that enables you to help and get help and support from others.

SAM is currently unfunded and ad-free for all users.

#5. Depression Management App: Happify

Happify uses games and activities to help you achieve the positive changes you desire in your mindset and mental state. The Happify tools and exercises are designed to be quick - whether it’s fitting the app’s  bite-sized exercises into your life in your down-time or using its transitional moments to work on your overall mental wellbeing. The app then calculates a happiness score that is tracked as you engage with the app.

#6. Therapy App: Talkspace

You can use Talkspace to find and work with a licensed therapist anywhere in the country. This app offers an online assessment, and gives you the ability to choose your own provider. 

Talkspace then connects you to the therapy you need on your schedule and from the convenience of your own home. Talkspace also offers an innovative unlimited text therapy service so you can work with a therapist whenever the need arises.

Talkspace therapy plans are no-contract recurring subscriptions that range from messaging therapy (text, video and audio) to live therapy sessions. They are billed monthly, quarterly or biannually.
